Celebrating diversity
This is a celebration about giving people the right to choose. The parade starts with “Dykes on Bikes” at Union and Fourth Street and heads towards Seattle Center where the Pride Festival is held. The Pride Parade attracts over 230,000 spectators to see over 3,000 people take part in over 150 entries.
     Since June is declared “Pride Month” there are many other activities to look for, including: Out of the Closet Fashion Show; Seattle Frontrunners 2013 Run and Walk with Pride; QueerFest at Volunteer Park; CruiseyT’s  Official Pride Cruise, and One Mighty Pride Party.




Location:11AM  Seattle Pride Parade starts at 4th Avenue and Union and goes North to 2nd and Denny Way near the Seattle Center


Cost: Free



 * The parade is about sexual preference, so if that bothers you don't go.

* The first Seattle Parade started back in 1975.
