2013 Seafair Air Show

August 2 - 4,  2013  - www.Seafair.com

Blue Angels vote Seattle top spot to perform

The Blue Angels have been a highlight of nearly every Seafair since 1972. While the F-A18s can top speeds of 1,400 mph, their air show speeds usually don't go overr 700 mph. Still going half speed the Blue Angels can get from Seattle to Portland in 15 minutes.  Needless to say at those speeds it is breathtaking to watch these pilots pass each other within  feet and sometimes inches of each other.
Those are not the only pilots and planes by any means. On a 2 to 3 year rotation  you can find flying teams of Oracle, Red Baron, Patriots, and so many others. Check out the current list at www.seafair.com
