2013 Fremont Oktoberfest

September 20, 21, 22,  2013  -

That’s right Oktoberfest in September

I know Oktoberfest in September is a little weird, but so is the Fremont District where this is held. I'm not saying anything the Fremont district does not proudly admit. In spite of having an Oktoberfest in September, USA Today named Fremont Oktoberfest one the 10 best Oktoberfest in the world. There are many unique and interesting activities here such as the Texas Chainsaw Pumpkin Carving contest, the Annual Brew Ha Ha 5K run and walk with a one-of-a-kind  Beer Belly Division and Team Division, the Ultimate Scavenger Hunt in the Center of the Universe, the Citydog  Cover Dog Contest and of course the main attraction the Stranger Microbrew Garden. The Stranger Microbrew Garden has over 35 breweries pouring over 70 beers for those 21 and over.

Fri 5pm to 12 midnight

Sat 11pm to 12 midnight

Sun 11 am to 6 pm

Location: Fremont District

N 35th St & Phinney Ave N.

Oktoberfest Village is Free

Tasting Garden $15 if you don't drink sky's the limit if you do, or somewhere inbetween. Of course you have to be 21 or over to get into the beer garden. I mean "tasting garden."

 * This is the event that you WANT to take the bus to.

 * There is limited parking in the Fremont District.

* There are a lot of unique art shops in the Fremont District. Take the time to check them out.
