Washington State Ferries

All Year   -

Visit our waters

Washington State has one of the largest ferry systems in the world. It travels in and around the Puget Sound to various islands and peninsulas. The ferries listed here carry both cars and passengers. They carry over 11 million vehicles annually.  Many people live on the islands or peninsulas and commute to work. Others just like to visit the beauty of the area.

There are other ferry systems too!
