Chinatown Seafair Parade

You have to see the Dragon performed
If you have never seen the Dragon performed in the Chinatown Seafair parade you have to go this year. This 100 foot dragon manned by three teams of 35 people meanders and maneuvers in and around the streets at full speed. The dragon never stops even when one team replaces the other. That alone is worth the price of free admission but you have the largest ethnic parade with drill teams and performers from all over the world. On top of that, you have the Seafair Pirates and the Seafair Clowns doing their thing with the kids and grown-ups along the streets.
Location:Seattle Chinatown Starts at South King and 8th Ave S., left on 5th Ave S, left on S. Weller St, ends on 8th Ave S.
Cost: Free to watch
